Enertech ("we," "us," or "our") operates enertech.energy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website and contact us, how we use it, and how you can reach us with questions.

Information we collect

We collect information in two ways: what you give us directly, and what our analytics tools collect automatically.

What you give us directly — when you fill out a form on our site, we may collect:

  • Your name and email address
  • Your property's location and approximate unit count
  • Details about your property type and EV charging situation
  • Any additional information you include in a message or feedback field

What we collect automatically — like most websites, we use analytics tools that collect standard usage data, including pages visited, time on page, browser type, and general location (city/region level). This data does not identify you personally.

How we use your information

  • To respond to your assessment request or inquiry
  • To schedule and conduct a free property assessment
  • To follow up on driver feedback you submit
  • To understand how people use our site and improve it

We do not sell your information. We do not use it for advertising outside of our own site. We do not add you to any email list without your knowledge.

Third-party services

We use a small number of third-party services to operate this site:

  • Formspree — processes form submissions on our behalf. Your form data is transmitted to and stored by Formspree. See their privacy policy at formspree.io.
  • Google Analytics — collects anonymised usage data about how visitors interact with our site. We use this to understand which content is useful and where to improve. Google's privacy policy is at policies.google.com. You can opt out using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
  • Google Fonts — we load the Outfit typeface from Google's servers, which may log your IP address. See Google's privacy policy.

Cookies

Google Analytics sets cookies to distinguish returning visitors and measure session activity. These cookies do not contain personally identifiable information. By using our site, you consent to these cookies being set. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time, though some site functionality may be affected.

Data retention

Form submissions are retained in Formspree for as long as we maintain our account with them. If you would like your submission deleted, contact us and we will request its removal. Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months by default.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. To make a request, email us at ev@enertech.energy. We will respond within 30 days.

Children's privacy

Our website is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of the page. We won't notify you of minor changes, but significant changes will be communicated where reasonable.
