How Enertech works

Three steps.
Then you earn.

Most EV charging companies send you a bill. Enertech doesn't. Here's how our model works for Colorado multifamily properties.

We cover 100% of the cost. You keep a share of the revenue.

Enertech earns when the chargers are used — so keeping them running is literally in our financial interest. We don't succeed unless the chargers do. That's why we handle everything, indefinitely.

The question we always get
"What's the catch?" There isn't one. Our business model only works when chargers generate revenue. If they sit broken, we lose money — not you. That alignment is the whole point.

01

Free assessment — we come to you

We evaluate your parking layout, electrical infrastructure, and tenant demand. You get a written proposal with honest recommendations — including if Enertech isn't the right fit. No cost, no commitment for this step.

02

We install everything — at zero cost

Enertech covers hardware, all electrical and conduit work, panel upgrades if needed, permits, and utility coordination. We handle local incentive programs on your behalf. Timeline from agreement to commissioning: 3–12 months depending on permit jurisdiction and site complexity.

03

Commissioning. Revenue arrives.

Tenants charge their EVs and pay Enertech directly via the Monta app. Your property receives a monthly revenue share — typically the first payment within 30–60 days of commissioning. Tenants call Enertech when something's wrong. Your office is never involved.

The question everyone asks
"What's the catch?"
There isn't one. Our model works because we earn when the chargers are used. If a charger sits broken, we lose money — not you.

— The honest answer we give on every assessment call

Common questions

We hear these every time.

Straight answers — no corporate hedging.

If your current setup generates more headaches than revenue — maintenance calls, broken equipment, billing complaints — a free assessment can show you what a transition would look like. We've replaced other operators' equipment before, at no cost to the property. It's simpler than it sounds.
Colorado has one of the highest EV adoption rates in the country and it's growing fast. Most property managers are surprised by how many tenants already own — or plan to get — an EV. The free assessment includes an honest demand picture for your specific property and neighborhood.
You won't. Tenants call Enertech directly for billing questions, access issues, and outages. Your office is never in the loop unless you specifically want to be. That's not a feature — it's how the model works. We're the operator, not the property.
Assessment through commissioning typically runs 3–12 months for most Front Range properties. Permit timelines vary by municipality — typically 2–6 weeks — and we handle the full process on your behalf. We'll give you a realistic estimate specific to your property and city during the assessment.
You could. Upfront hardware and installation typically runs $50,000+, before ongoing maintenance, software subscriptions, and repair costs. With Enertech, that cost is $0 — and we handle everything that comes after installation too.
Yes. We work with management companies running multiple Colorado properties under a single partnership agreement. One operator, one point of contact, consistent EV charging program across all your Front Range sites.

What the partnership looks like in practice.

Fusion 355 multifamily property in Colorado with Enertech EV charging
Fusion 355 — Broomfield, CO

The property now earns a monthly revenue share, and management hasn't received a single charger complaint since commissioning.
Fossil Creek Condos — Fort Collins, CO
New Level 2 installation — 6 ports across the parking area. Enertech handled all permits, electrical work, and resident onboarding. Revenue share begins monthly from commissioning.
Lakeshore Townhomes — Loveland, CO

Why local matters for EV charging

Real response times. When a charger needs attention, we show up — not dispatch someone from a regional office in Phoenix.

Deep local knowledge. Front Range permit processes, local utility requirements, and Colorado building codes. National companies don't invest in this depth of local expertise.

A person, not a call center. You work with the local Enertech team directly — not a rotating account manager at a 500-person company.
