Enertech installs, owns, and operates the Enertech Charging Network across the Front Range — at condo and HOA communities, apartment and multifamily properties, community hubs like churches and schools, and workplaces. Zero cost to you — ever. Your site earns a monthly revenue share from day one.
Free, no obligation. Takes about 20 minutes.
Who we serve
A condo association, a 200-unit apartment community, a church parking lot — each needs a different charger, a different layout, and a different conversation. All of them join the Enertech Charging Network on the same terms: same hardware quality, same 24/7 monitoring, same zero cost.
No special assessment, no reserve draw, no board budget. We fund the install, work with your board on placement and access rules, and handle the owners' questions after it's live.
Condo & HOA charging →Level 2 charging your residents actually rely on — and a resident support line that isn't your leasing office. Sized to your parking layout, expandable as EV adoption grows.
Multifamily charging →DC fast charging that serves your members during a service or a meeting — and the neighborhood the rest of the week. Your parking lot becomes an amenity, at no cost to the organization.
Community charging →Offices, industrial parks, and commercial properties — charging for employees, fleets, and visitors, on the same zero-cost terms.
Workplace charging →How Enertech works
Most EV charging companies send you a bill. Enertech doesn't. Here's how our model works for every site on the Enertech Charging Network — condos and HOAs, apartments and multifamily, community hubs, and workplaces.
Enertech earns when the chargers are used — so keeping them running is literally in our financial interest. We don't succeed unless the chargers do. That's why we handle everything, indefinitely.
We evaluate your parking layout, electrical infrastructure, and tenant demand. You get a written proposal with honest recommendations — including if Enertech isn't the right fit. No cost, no commitment for this step.
Enertech covers hardware, all electrical and conduit work, panel upgrades if needed, permits, and utility coordination. We handle local incentive programs on your behalf. Timeline from agreement to commissioning: 3–12 months depending on permit jurisdiction and site complexity.
Tenants charge their EVs and pay Enertech directly via the Monta app. Your property receives a monthly revenue share — typically the first payment within 30–60 days of commissioning. Tenants call Enertech when something's wrong. Your office is never involved.
What's included
One partnership. One point of contact. Zero ongoing costs.
Commercial-grade Level 2 chargers, all electrical work and conduit, panel upgrades when required, site design and port placement. We own and replace the hardware.
We handle every permit, utility application, and local program. You never deal with the paperwork.
When something needs attention, we handle it. Your office is never involved in EV charging operations.
Maintenance, monitoring, software, hardware repairs — all covered by Enertech. This is our permanent model, not a promotional offer.
"What's the catch?"
There isn't one. Our model works because we earn when the chargers are used. If a charger sits broken, we lose money — not you.

Where we operate
Cities we serve
And surrounding Front Range communities. The Enertech Charging Network covers condos and HOAs, apartments, community hubs, and workplaces in every city listed here. Not sure if your property qualifies? Ask — we'll tell you honestly.
Why local matters for EV charging
Real response times. When a charger needs attention, we show up — not dispatch someone from a regional office in Phoenix.
Deep local knowledge. Front Range permit processes, local utility requirements, and Colorado building codes. National companies don't invest in this depth of local expertise.
A person, not a call center. You work with the local Enertech team directly — not a rotating account manager at a 500-person company.
Ready to get started
A free 20-minute assessment tells you how many ports your property needs, which Colorado programs you qualify for, and what a revenue share could look like. No obligation, no pressure.
