Common problems Enertech solves
Tenants keep asking about EV charging.
We install it at zero cost. You can answer "yes, we have charging" within a few months.
ResolvedOur current chargers are always broken.
We replace broken programs entirely at no cost and operate everything going forward.
ResolvedWe don't have the budget for a big installation.
There's no budget required. Enertech covers 100% of the cost — hardware, electrical, permits, everything.
ResolvedMy team doesn't have time to manage chargers.
They won't have to. Residents contact Enertech directly. Your office is completely out of the loop.
ResolvedWhat the partnership looks like
A modern amenity, passive income, and zero operational lift. That's what an Enertech partnership delivers for property managers.
Enertech installation — Colorado Front Range
Your property earns a percentage of every charging session. Paid monthly — no invoicing, no chasing. First payment typically arrives within 30–60 days of commissioning.
When something breaks, tenants call Enertech — not your office. We handle billing disputes, outage reports, and all driver support. Your team's involvement ends at lease signing.
Every charger on every Enertech site is monitored continuously via the Monta network. We identify faults before residents report them — and dispatch Colorado technicians when on-site repair is needed.
Utility coordination, local incentive programs, permits — we navigate all of it on your behalf. You focus on your property; we handle the back-end process from start to finish.
EV adoption across Colorado's Front Range is growing every year. Properties with reliable EV charging are increasingly preferred by prospective tenants. Most Enertech sites are live within 3–4 months of signing.

The questions we always get
What's the catch? This sounds too good to be true.
The model works because Enertech earns revenue when chargers are used — charging session fees paid by residents. We use that revenue to fund hardware, operations, and capital. Your property gets a share. We only succeed if the chargers run well, which means we're as motivated as you are to keep them operational. There's no catch — just aligned incentives.
We already have EV chargers. What happens to those?
If your current chargers are working well, we're probably not the right fit right now — and we'll tell you that. If they're a cost center, constantly broken, or generating complaints, we can replace the entire program at zero cost. We've transitioned properties away from other operators before. A free assessment will give you an honest comparison.
What if a resident has a problem with the charger?
They call Enertech. Our driver support line is +1 888 895 7158, staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The number is displayed on every charger screen. Billing questions, outage reports, access issues — all handled by us. Your office is not involved unless you want to be.
How long does it take from signing to chargers being live?
Typical timeline from agreement to commissioning is 3–12 months. The timeline includes a proposal and agreement phase (2–4 weeks), permit applications (varies by municipality), utility coordination, and installation itself — which usually takes 3–5 days on-site. We'll give you a realistic estimate specific to your property and city during the assessment.
Does our property qualify? We only have 30 units.
Generally, Enertech works best with properties of 50 units or more — the charger utilization needs to support the revenue model. That said, a free assessment is the right way to find out. Property layout, parking configuration, and existing electrical capacity all factor in. We'll tell you honestly if it's not a good fit.
Our ownership group would need to approve this. How do we make that case?
We can help. Our proposal includes a clear breakdown of the zero-cost model, projected revenue share, and a realistic timeline specific to your property. We're happy to join a call with ownership to walk through the economics directly — or provide documentation for your internal approval process. There's no pressure to move forward from a free assessment.
