Why Community Charging

The right charger
for how your community gathers.

Level 2 chargers are built for overnight charging. DC fast chargers are built for the way people use community spaces — a few hours at a time. That makes your parking lot ideal for EV charging infrastructure.

Fast enough for a visit

A typical church service, community meeting, or event runs 1–3 hours. DC fast charging adds 60–200 miles of range in that window — a meaningful charge for most members.

Zero cost, zero risk

Enertech covers 100% of the equipment, installation, electrical work, permits, and ongoing operations. Your organization pays nothing — now or ever. If it doesn't work out, we handle removal.

Your organization earns

Every charging session generates revenue — a portion of which flows directly to your organization as a monthly revenue share. Passive income from your existing parking lot.

Who Can Apply

Community organizations
across Colorado.

DC fast charging infrastructure carries significant cost. Funding is allocated through Colorado incentive programs and is limited — not every site qualifies. We'll assess your property and tell you honestly what's possible.

About Funding
Colorado's DC fast charging incentive programs — including Xcel Energy commercial EV rebates and state infrastructure grants — have limited funding pools. Enertech navigates these programs on your behalf and secures the funding that makes zero-cost installation possible. Qualification depends on your location, utility provider, site characteristics, and current program availability.
Churches, parishes, and faith congregations
Mosques, temples, synagogues, and interfaith centers
Community centers and recreation centers
Nonprofit organizations with a parking facility
Food banks, shelters, and social service organizations

We handle everything.
You handle nothing.
